122002-35 | Genuine Eaton® Automated ECA Clutch 15-1/2" UltraShift

Placed an order for this clutch back in September in anticipation of an upcoming clutch repair. The clutch delivered on time, we were a couple weeks before getting to the job. the clutch was mounted on the flywheel when it was discovered that the pilot bearing and tube did not slide into the clutch assembly as expected. We notified FTP of the situation and after multiple e-mails, pictures and phone call from myself (Purchasing Manager), Shop Foreman and General Manger. It became increasingly apparent that after engaging with them from three (3) different perspectives they would not be of any assistance. So here we are with a $2000.00 paper weight..
