Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your package, using our return form or by email at return@firsttruckparts.com. Include your order number, the part number, the reason for the return and a few photos of the part. All returns must be approved before you ship the part back.

A part returned for a reason other than our error must be new, unused, never installed, complete and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies and shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds are processed within 7–14 days after the part arrives at our warehouse.

Contact us as soon as possible using the cancellation form or by email at return@firsttruckparts.com, with your name and order number. Most orders ship the same business day.

If your order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund the payment in full. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled; after it arrives, our Refund Policy applies.

Many new and remanufactured parts have more than one part number. Contact us with your part number or OEM number and we will check it against our cross-reference library, including alternative part numbers and manufacturers.

Email return@firsttruckparts.com with your order number and photos of the part and the packaging. Please report damage in transit within 48 hours of delivery.

When the mistake is ours, we email you a prepaid return label, no restocking fee applies, and we replace the part or refund it in full, including the original shipping charge.

Parts bought on firsttruckparts.com for delivery and use in the United States or Europe are covered by our Limited Warranty for 365 days from purchase or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. It covers defects in materials and workmanship for new, remanufactured and used parts. Parts bought on eBay, Amazon or other marketplaces follow that marketplace's terms.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidents or misuse, incorrect installation or repair, contaminated or low-quality fuel, road chemicals, environmental damage or unauthorized modifications.

To start a claim, email return@firsttruckparts.com with your order number, part number, a description of the problem, the installation date, mileage and photos. If a repair shop installed or tested the part, please include their invoice or report. Full details are on our Limited Warranty page.

A bonus account is free for customers who have completed at least one purchase on our website. It gives you 2% off the price of goods in any category. To apply, fill out the form on the Bonus account page.

If the account is not used for another purchase within 12 months of registration, we may deactivate it after notifying you by email.
