Cancel order

If you are mistaken and want to cancel the order, but we have already sent it to

you at the address that was specified when placing the order, then you will have to

pay -20% of the amount of the goods.

However, if we have not yet sent it to the address provided during checkout
order, we take -5% of the order amount, the rest will be sent to your debit card or in any other way that was specified when sending the order.

1) Fill out the form to cancel the order.
2) Write to us by mail, we ask you to immediately indicate

your name and surname, as well as your order number.
