Scammers they sent me a remanufactured valve and advertised it as a genuine oem valve that i payed full price for just wasted my time and added more down time to my rig now i have to return the part and waste time i tried to negotiate to use the remanufactured part if they would reimburse me some money back for the quality difference and they offered me 40 dollars what a joke wont be bringing my business to them ever again
Please listen and DO NOT PURCHASE A SINGLE ITEM form first truck parts, they are misleading you from day one, all items have stock photos and incorrwct descriptions, this listing is for a NEW pump and what we actualky received was the complete opposite, looked like a core pump with a broken electrical connector (one of the most important pieces of these pumps) was the incorrect Part Number, had a glob of grease on the nose… not pump assembly grease but red moly grease… the list goes on. It has been 96 hours and no reaponse via email so called their number… goes to a switchboard where you are then connected to an associate who can not assist you in any way other than belittlement so after being told I emailed the wrong email (which I had not BTW). Still no response, First Truck Parts is a joke better renamed as WORST TRUCK PARTS!
Everything works fine now. Hadsomeone else try to by the same item but you are now out of stock. Let me know when you get more.
