Terms of service

Effective October 16, 2026. Changes apply to orders placed on or after this date and do not reduce rights attached to earlier orders.

Your legal rights: These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory. Consumers in Europe should also read our International Customer Terms, which take priority over conflicting commercial terms.

1. Who we are

firsttruckparts.com is operated by FIRST TRUCK PARTS, LLC, an independent reseller of heavy-duty and commercial truck parts based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell; some products are sourced through distributors or other suppliers. We remain responsible for the obligations that applicable law places on the seller.

2. Orders, prices and product information

• Orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
• We work to keep descriptions, specifications and stock information accurate. Please check the part number and vehicle application before ordering, and contact us if you are unsure. This does not reduce our responsibility for the accuracy of our descriptions or fitment statements.
• If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, or an order total is calculated incorrectly, we may cancel the order before shipment and refund any amount charged in full. We will not ship at a different price without your agreement.
• The prices, shipping options and charges shown at checkout or in an accepted quotation apply to your order. We will not substitute a materially different product or add an undisclosed charge without your agreement.

3. Shipping, taxes and international orders

Delivery times, free shipping rules, freight and import charges are described in our Shipping Policy. We accept orders from businesses and private consumers in Europe and other destinations offered at checkout. We do not ship to destinations restricted by U.S. sanctions or export control laws. Our International Customer Terms explain the terms and consumer protections for orders delivered outside the United States.

4. Warranty and returns

• Limited warranty: our Limited Warranty covers qualifying defects for 365 days from purchase or 100,000 miles of operation, whichever comes first, for products bought on firsttruckparts.com for delivery and use in the United States or Europe (EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland).
• Europe: for a warranty claim on a product delivered to Europe, the customer ships the part to us at the customer's expense, and we pay to ship an approved replacement back.
• Other destinations: no voluntary commercial warranty is offered for products delivered elsewhere for orders placed on or after October 16, 2026. Earlier orders keep any warranty promised at purchase. Mandatory rights for defective or nonconforming goods are not affected.
• Returns and cancellations: see our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer remedies and withdrawal rights take priority over conflicting commercial restrictions.

5. Customer programs

• Bonus account: customers who have completed at least one purchase on firsttruckparts.com can register a free bonus account, which gives 2% off the price of goods in any category. If the account is not used for a further purchase within 12 months of registration, we may deactivate it after notifying you by email.
• Wholesale account: available for purchases of at least $4,899. Approved wholesale accounts receive 5% off the price of goods in any category. Registration is confirmed by email.
• Coupons: enter the code at checkout to redeem an offer. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

We may change these programs for future purchases and will notify registered account holders by email. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Liability

Warranty exclusions for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents or other excluded causes apply only as stated in the Limited Warranty and to the extent allowed by law. Any limitation relating to labor, towing, downtime or consequential losses applies only where enforceable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, and sourcing a product from a third party does not remove our statutory responsibilities as the seller.

7. Website content and privacy

The design, layout, text, logos and graphics of this website are owned by First Truck Parts or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce them without permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible parts. How we handle personal data and cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

The terms shown before you place an order govern that order. Later changes apply only to future orders and do not reduce existing rights. Continued use of the website does not waive mandatory consumer protections.

9. Governing law and disputes

Applicable law determines the governing law and the courts that may hear a dispute. Nothing in these terms takes away non-waivable protections or jurisdiction rights that consumers have under applicable law. If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
