Dissapointed

Sophia, at customer service was great. The website, says "orders before 7pm EST, will ship same business day. After a week, i had to call to Next Day Air, we paid it, received the part. The ECM, is not programmable. i, ordered another one, paid for NDA freight. Part is not available. My customer is very unhappy.
