Terrible customer service

Ordered this part on 11/7/24 never received called multiple times time. Finally spoke to Nazia on 11/15/24 was told she would call back with status, however no follow up. Called again on 11/18/24 @ 930am and was told the order expired...they do not have this part in stock even though it still says they have 1 in stock today. Do not order from this company. Terrible!
