68438389AH | Mopar® Module-Anti-Lock Brake System

• Weight: 10 lbs
• Fit for: Mopar
• Functions:

  • Sensor data processing: The module receives data from wheel speed sensors, steering angle sensors, and other sensors.

  • Emergency brake assist (EBA): In emergency braking situations, the module can increase brake pressure to help shorten stopping distances.

  • Brake pressure control: Based on the sensor data, the module determines if a wheel is at risk of locking up. If so, it reduces brake pressure to that wheel to prevent skidding.

  • Electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD): The module can also distribute brake force between the front and rear wheels based on factors like load and road conditions, improving braking efficiency and stability.

Mopar is an official parts supplier for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles. Among their assortment, a special place is occupied by the anti-lock braking system (ABS), which improves handling and reduces the risk of skidding during braking. Thanks to its modular design, this system is easily adapted to different car models, ensuring their safety on the road. The company actively innovates to maintain the high efficiency of its products.
