    • Engine control: The ECM uses the fuel pressure data transmitted by the sensor to control the operation of the fuel injectors. 
    • Fuel pressure measurement: The primary function of the sensor is to accurately measure the pressure of fuel within the fuel system. 
    • Diagnostic purposes: The fuel pressure sensor can also be used for diagnostic purposes. By monitoring fuel pressure levels, it is possible to detect problems with the fuel system, such as clogged fuel filters or faulty fuel pumps, before they lead to more serious engine damage.
    • Signal transmission: The signal conditioning circuit within the sensor processes the electrical signal generated by the sensing element. This processing typically involves amplification and filtering to ensure that the signal is of the correct format and quality for transmission. The processed signal is then transmitted to the engine control module (ECM).

First of all they had a part in stock is apparently hard to find, Secondly I was able to meet them in ashville & pick up the part late Saturday afternoon, They really helped me avoid any more machine downtime !!
